How it’s done

Five stops from contract to handoff. Every project is tracked in its own portal; web projects come with a live demo at every stage. Start with a free design audit or the one-minute brief.

Track your project like a flight

Every signed project gets its own portal: where the work stands, what comes next, what is due when.

  1. Contract — fixed price per project. The portal, the decision log and the KPI checklist open on day one.
  2. Discovery — we audit what you have (site, brand, funnel, competitors) and rank the problems by what returns the most.
  3. Direction — structure and the first screen as a clickable draft, or the brand routes with one chosen. You approve by clicking, not by looking at a picture.
  4. Build — design and code in parallel, the demo link updating as we go. Revisions are unlimited within the approved direction.
  5. Handoff — source files you own, every format exported, a walkthrough call and the decision log as a PDF. Revisions stay open for 15 business days after.

Every week you get a written progress report. Each stage has a scheduled call. Your feedback is due within five business days, our summary of every call within two. A stage can be paid from the portal.

Feel and touch every decision. Live.

Live Demo comes with every stage of every web project.

Awesome software. Awesome demos. That’s what premium services should look like. It sets a bar, I’ll be honest. My upper management suggested I buy this whole system out from Sunflower and asked to adopt it to the Premium Construction niche. Work is still in progress. Can’t wait to see the result. I can strongly recommend these people to everyone. With all due respect, Johnatann S.

Engagement

How does a project start?

Two ways in: send a link to what you have now for a free design audit, or fill the one-minute brief. We reply within 3 business days, then the stages run — discovery, direction, build, handoff.

How many revisions do I get?

Unlimited, for 15 business days after handoff. The boundary is direction, not count: reworking colour, type or wording inside the approved concept is a revision — changing the goal or the deliverables is new work.

What do I actually receive at the end?

Source files you own, every format exported, a walkthrough call, and a KPI checklist tying the work back to the brief. Every tier lists its own acceptance criteria before you sign.

Do you work with clients outside Poland?

Yes. Eight people based in Poland, working worldwide in English and Russian. Everything runs asynchronously with scheduled calls, so time zones have never been the constraint.
